Integrative Therapeutic Solutions (ITS) is a private practice of mind and body wellness.  Integrative practices such as Massage & Bodywork, Breath &  Relaxation, Spiritual & Life Coaching, Nutritional Supplementation, and  Essential Oils are recommended to augment your lifestyle and wellness journey and bring overall well being.  I strive to help the individual integrate the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects into the healing journey. 

After many years in the health and wellness industry , a career in social work , education and mental health, I aspired to INTEGRATE and ITS was born!  The intent is to integrate the needs of the entire individual into the journey of personal understanding , empowerment, acceptance, and awareness.

I am a student on the journey of Life and aspire to be of service where i am able. I look forward to assisting you on your journey towards greater vitality and balance in your life! 

I place my trust in and faith in God, the Father.  I am grateful for my children and family, my dogs and cat, my health and the honor of doing this work!
